For nearly 3 months now, messages have been pouring in across social media and email from customers, fans and business affiliates regarding new companies, new websites, and why it seems Trinity Audio Solutions sells other brands as well. Well, let's clear some the air and try to shed some light on this subject for everyone inquiring.
In October of 2024 Trinity Audio Solutions ownership changed hands and was relocated to Houston, Texas. A couple months later in December of 2024, the same firm that acquired Trinity also acquired Synergy Mobile Audio and relocated that company to Texas.
Company management began to evaluate the two brands, analyzing target audience, reseller strength, market presence, brand viability, effectiveness of existing business model, growth potential, and attempted to rectify any existing flaws in either brand.
The 2025-2026 forecast had one small gap in relation to the budget demographic. With Synergy being a higher end brand that commands an appropriate higher level of pricing, and Trinity brining a more competitive edge to the table for gear vs. cost, it was determined that in order to garner support from the budget crowd, a product must be produced to gain this support and fanaticism, while certainly not coming remotely close to breaking the bank.
Hence, Violator Audio was born with a concise business model; good looking, reliable, and great sounding product at industry wide low pricing, something much more affordable than the competition.
During the research and development phase of the Violator story, pen was put together a fourth time. This time one looming question remained: "What if certain folks just won't buy any of these three brands?" That question was answered after discovering that Trinity owned two domain names that were joined at the hip essentially: trinitycaraudio.com & trinityaudiosolutions.com.
Considering the formal name of Trinity was Trinity Audio Solutions, the corresponding domain name was assigned to the formal Trinity website. But what to do with the other domain name... The a light bulb went off! Why don't we start yet another company to cater to ALL audiophiles, and not JUST for the ones that prefer Trinity, Synergy, & Violator?
